These terms apply to the Growth Diagnostic and the Patient Growth Diagnostic.
What's includedA one-time consulting engagement: a kickoff call, a review of your marketing and customer or patient journey, a written report, a prioritized plan, and a findings call. Implementation of the recommendations is not included.
PaymentThe fee of US$1,500 is paid in full before work begins.
RefundsYou may cancel for a full refund at any time before the kickoff call. Once the kickoff call has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.
TimingDelivery depends on receiving timely access to your accounts and the information requested. A target date is agreed together once access is in place. Delays in access or information extend the timeline.
Your accountsYou remain the owner of all your accounts. Any access granted is used only for this diagnostic, and you may remove it at any time after the findings call.
ConfidentialityEverything you share is kept confidential. The diagnostic does not require patient records, client records or clinical information. Please do not send any.
RecommendationsFindings and recommendations are advisory. Results depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. You decide what to implement and who implements it.
Your reportThe report and plan are yours to keep and to share with your team and the companies you work with.
